God is With You

Week of July 25, 2025

“The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing” (Zephaniah 3:17, NIV).

Many people harbor anxiety because the future is unknown, and consequently, people can become pessimistic and discouraged. Rest assured that your life and future are in God’s hands. God is in control of every situation in which you find yourself. He knows your needs and will provide for you, and for the asking, lead you every step of the way.

As our faith grows stronger and as you start trusting Him more, you will have the calm assurance, even in troubled times, of how trustworthy God is. He is the rock upon which you can build your life because His grace is sufficient to get you through each day.

So, whatever the circumstance you find yourself in, and despite the problems that confront us, always remember that God is with you. Place your faith and trust in Him and He will give you the victory.

You've Got What It Takes

Week of July 18, 2025

as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,” (2 Peter 1:3, NKJV)

You may have a long to do list, you may have stress, maybe you are filled with self-doubt, but be assured of this: you’ve got what it takes. If Jesus lives in you, His power lives in you.

That means you’re not running on your own strength. You are not showing up to work, to school, or for that difficult conversation on empty. You have the power and wisdom of God. You have the guidance of the Holy Spirit working in you and through you. Remember these three things:

-         You’re Equipped - God gives you what you need for the task He asks from you.

-         You’re Empowered - God’s strength shows up best when you are weak.

-         You’re Enough in Him - Stop second guessing yourself. You have been set apart for a purpose.

So your challenge is to wake up each morning and say, “God, thank You that I already have what I need to face today. Remind me to lean on Your strength. Help me to walk in confidence and purpose, knowing You are walking each step with me.”

Faithfulness in the Small Things

Week of July 11, 2025

“He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.” (Luke 16:10, NKJV)

While the world often celebrates the extraordinary moments, the grand achievements, the big numbers, the Kingdom of God places equal, if not greater value on the small, consistent acts of obedience that few may ever see.

In Luke 16:10, Jesus reminds us that faithfulness in the little things reveals the true measure of a person’s character. It’s easy to imagine ourselves standing firm in the miracle moments of our life, but the true testing ground of faith is often in the everyday, ordinary places of life.

It’s speaking kindness when it would be easier to be critical.

It’s honoring God in your home, your workplace, and in your conversations.

It’s showing up and remaining faithful in assignments that may never bring applause, but deeply matter to God.

If you look through the Bible, some of its greatest heroes were not the most talented, or most celebrated. They were simply faithful. Faithfulness is not about perfection, it’s about persistence. Ask God to help you be faithful in the small, unnoticed things. How you speak to a difficult person, how you approach your work, how you serve your family.

Faithfulness multiples. What seems small in your hands may have eternal impact in God’s hands.

“Lord, may my life reflect Your goodness and bring glory to Your name in the ordinary moments of my day.”
